If you are a speaker at the conference or will be attending in person, you must be a member of HOPOS in order to register for the conference.

To find out whether you are already a member, go to www.journals.uchicago.edu/hopos. Under "Manage my account", click the "Log In" link and sign in using your username and password. Email regarding your membership should arrive from "subscriptions@press.uchicago.edu". If you cannot find the relevant email and cannot log in, contact the customer service department at subscriptions@press.uchicago.edu or by telephone at (877) 705-1878 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or (773) 753-3347 (International). 

If you are not already a member of HOPOS, please join before registering by navigating to https://press.uchicago.edu/ucp/journals/subscribe/hopos.html and following the instructions there.  

Registration fees are given in the table below.  Early-bird registration will open on Jan. 15 and end on May 1.  After that, online registration will remain open, but higher fees will be assessed.

Each person who wishes to attend the banquet must purchase a ticket for themselves and any guests. The fees are given below.

To register for the conference, first confirm that you are a HOPOS member by following the instructions above.  

Conference participants who have not already done so must create an account on this site to access additional functionality during the meeting. However, creating an account is not the same as registering for the conference.

To register for the conference, please fill out the registration form by following this link (This link will be activated on Jan. 15). This form will allow you to provide your registration information, payment details and also to request banquet tickets.
