Register for HOPOS 2026

Early-bird registration is now live! Read the instructions below and then click the button to register. 

All attendees, including those who will attend virtually, are required to register in order to attend the conference. For Virtual Attendees: all talks, including keynotes, will be made available live through zoom. Those who indicated their desire to present virtually will present in a hybrid environment. 

Instructions:

1. Verify that you are an active member of HOPOS before registering (see details below).
2. Verify that you have created an account on this site (if you have not, you can create an account here).
3. Click the registration button above, or this link, to share your information and pay registration fees.

HOPOS membership requirement:

If you are a speaker at the conference or will be attending in person, you must be a member of HOPOS in order to register for the conference.

To find out whether you are already a member, go to www.journals.uchicago.edu/hopos. Under "Manage my account", click the "Log In" link and sign in using your username and password. Email regarding your membership should arrive from "subscriptions@press.uchicago.edu". If you cannot find the relevant email and cannot log in, contact the customer service department at subscriptions@press.uchicago.edu or by telephone at (877) 705-1878 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or (773) 753-3347 (International). 

If you are not already a member of HOPOS, please join before registering by navigating to https://press.uchicago.edu/ucp/journals/subscribe/hopos.html and following the instructions there.  

Registration Fees:

Early-bird registration will close May 1. After May 1, you may still register online, but higher fees will be assessed.

Each person who wishes to attend the banquet must purchase a ticket for themselves and any guests. The fees are given below.
